HOW TO BOOK MY SERVICES AS TOUR GUIDE ?
Choose the tour that interests you, click on "Select this tour" and complete your request. If none of the proposed tours meet your expectations, click on "Contact me" and indicate your needs and preferences to obtain a personalized proposal.
WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT CONDITIONS ?
My services will be confirmed upon receipt of an initial $100 deposit on booking. Secure online payments with Square are to be made by credit card. The balance will be paid, in cash or by credit card at the end of the tour.
ARE THERE ANY CANCELLATION FEES FOR PRE-PAID TOURS ?
$100 deposit is not refundable if the tour is cancelled less than 30 days before the tour.
The following fees apply if the tour is cancelled by the customer:
Cancellations must be made via email (email@example.com) . The date of the email will be used as a reference. Deposits reimbursements are made to the credit account from which the payment was originally made.
WHAT HAPPEN IF THE TOUR IS CANCELLED BY THE GUIDE ?
The only reason I would ever cancel a confirmed tour would be due to illness. In such a case, the customer could choose from 3 options:
· Reschedule the tour on a date suitable to both parties;
· Replace me with another certified English-speaking guide, who will respect all the conditions and prices mentioned in the tour description;
· Full deposits reimbursement to the customer.
MAY I RESCHEDULED A TOUR I'VE BOOKED ?
Yes, it is possible without any extra fees and if I am available on the new date and time. Otherwise above cancellation policy applies.
I'M LATE FOR THE TOUR. WHAT SHOULD I DO ?
· Let me know how late you will be , as soon as possible, by contacting me on my cell phone (581-922-2442).
· If you are less than 30 minutes from original start time of your, the expected tour duration will be respected.
· If you are more than 30 minutes late, the duration but might be shortened.
· Note: if my schedule permits, the expected duration of the tour will be respected.
· IMPORTANT: If you do not contact me to inform me of either any delay or if you do not show up at the scheduled meeting point within 30 minutes of the scheduled start time, your tour will be considered cancelled by the customer, with no possibility of deposit reimbursement.
WHAT HAPPEN IF THE GUIDE IS LATE ?
Due to imponderable factors, it's possible that I'm late. In that case, I’ll contact you as soon as possible to inform you. If I am more than 30 minutes late, you have 3 options:
• Begin the tour late all the while keeping to its agreed duration and conditions; or
• Reschedule the tour at the customer’s convenience; or
• Ask for a full reimbursement of your deposit.
